Father-daughter team, Chris Wheeler and Kathryn Patschke, started New Dawn Remodeling with the goal of helping clients make a house a home through modernization, customization, and collaboration while maintaining a dedication to top-quality customer service and performance.

Chris has over 40 years of experience in construction, specializing in residential building and remodeling. With his meticulous attention to detail and high level of excellence, Chris is known to go above and beyond for clients, leading to multiple awards from high volume builders and even more long-term friendships.
Kathryn has over 11 years of business management experience and holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration. Kathryn spent her childhood helping Chris with hands-on projects such as laying tile and painting walls, leading to a lifelong love for the art of construction. Her dream was always to contribute to her father's legacy through forming a company that shared his customer-centric values and prioritization of details.
